Mom’s Treehouse comes to Richmond

Kids have always had their own places to go and play, and now Richmond moms do, too. Rachel Pustilnik has just launched Mom’s Treehouse, a place where moms can gather to excercise, learn, share and have fun.

Rachel, who launched Stroller Strides in Richmond over four years ago, will be offering fitness classes for moms including traditional Stroller Strides classes, the Body Back program, and the Mother Runner training program, which Richmondmom.com partners up to promote each year (Click here for more info on the Mother Runner program & our experience.)

She also sees this as a social gathering mecca of sorts for moms, because the social support of being a mom is so incredibly important. Located at John Rolfe Parkway, Mom’s Treehouse is sure to provide an escape for Richmond moms can always use a little breather
