Heidi, I contacted Melanie and was told that the only available date for the $159 Winter rate using the 0111WINT code is January 30, 2011. The $159 rate is extraordinarily low and not offered very often, so the dates are pre-set. However you can use the RICH230A Richmondmom.com code most of the year. Hope that helps! I too found the code is invalid online or through the 800#. The local Williamsburg GWL said I'd need to talk to Melanie Williams, whose out of the office until Monday 1/3/11. I left her a vm asking for help. The 0111WINT code deal price is awesome. Sure hope I can get it! The RICH230A code works and offers a savings but nothing close to the $159 offer.

Kelley, I just checked with my rep and that’s the only date available, sadly. That is the rock-bottom rate so they aren’t often offered, and at very limited times. You can always use your Savvy Saver card for 20% off any other low rates you can find (can’t be used with this offer). Hope that helps!

A customer service rep that I chatted with online clarified that the $159 rate using code 0111WINT is only valid on January 30, 2011 (a Sunday).

When I try to use the code on their Web site, it comes up invalid. Do I have to make a reservation by phone to use this code?
