What’s Color Me Rad all About?

It’s a tsunami of color that will make you cry with joy as you run, have fun and help others. It’s about creating a brighter life for yourself and others. Everyone starts out with a nice, clean white t-shirt, but each person ends up with a bounty of color. It’s for all ages and kids will love it too. The race is kid-friendly and super fun.

Blue, green, pink, purple and yellow are just some of the colors to choose from as you sikscreen your body for the fun. Each section of the face adds a new explosion of color to your clean shirt nd body and once you hit the finish line, you’re a rad of color! Really!

Are we kidding? Nope.

This isn’t just smoke and mirrors.  This is non-toxic, non-rash-inducing, Kroger branded, colored corn-starch.  Subsidized by the government and processed in the good ol’ US of A, these blasts of starch will change your color, and your demeanor, but never your level of wellness.

People will run from San Jose, California to Omaha, Nebraska, and in Richmond, Virginia all for the sake of color and the Special Olympics.

The race is scheduled for July 21, 2012 at Markel Fields at West Creek. Visit the website to learn more. And be sure to enter our contest by June 18 to win 2 free passes to the race then get your color on!
