Thousands of pieces of man-made junk orbit the earth, ranging in size from as big as a school bus to
as small as a grain of sand. Is earth’s inability to part with these belongings so out of control that it is
on the verge of a personal crisis? Is earth (gasp) a hoarder? After this event, step outside (weather
permitting) to observe the night sky as we point telescopes up into the vastness of space. $5, free for
Museum members.
