- -We give stuff away. That’s right. . .for every entry fee of $5 we give you a raffle ticket; additional tickets may be purchased for $1 (so bring lots of dollars!). We’ve raised as much as $800+ each month in just a couple hours at each Wine Down Wednesday at the Wine Loft. What a great way to relax and help out a valuable Richmond non-profit. Over the last three years, we’ve raised thousands of dollars for great Richmond non-profits just by having fun.

One of Richmond’s must-attend events each year is CHIP’s Chocoholic–a personal favorite of mine as I really believe in the great work that CHIP (Children’s Health Involving Parents)–now part of Family Lifeline–does for Richmond children.
The funds raised from this amazing chocolate-and-wine (is there a better combination?) event go directly to helping at-risk Richmond families who live well below the poverty level gain the health and critical services they need to grow healthy. Their results are strong and listed here.
