Great Wolf Lodge

Tour across North America offers one lucky family a memorable vacation getaway for 25

MADISON, Wis. (May 20, 2013) – As millions of families are making vacation plans, Wiley the Wolf and his friends from Great Wolf Lodge are packing their bags, too! Kicking off Memorial Day weekend, the lovable characters will embark on the first-ever Wolf Your World Tour throughout North America, sharing “random acts of wolfiness” with everyone they meet.

In celebration of Great Wolf Resorts’ largest expansion ever, Wiley the Wolf and his pack of friends will take part in local events, visit national landmarks, and even stop by the homes of some of the resorts’ biggest fans. Earlier this year, the company announced the addition of more new attractions and guest experiences to its indoor waterpark resorts than ever before to it all 11 Great Wolf Lodges. The Wolf Your World tour is hitting the road to howl about the new additions and to help families get excited about taking a vacation.

During the Wolf Your World Tour, three new characters – Rachel the Raccoon, Brinley Bear and Sammy the Squirrel – will join Wiley the Wolf, Violet the Wolf and Oliver Raccoon in “wolfifying” America by handing out tens of thousands of wolf ears at each stop on the Tour. Consumers will have the opportunity to enter the Great Wolf Lodge Ultimate Getaway sweepstakes. At the end of August, one lucky family will win a two-night stay for 25 family and friends plus a banquet for their entire “pack” at the Great Wolf Lodge of their choice.

Fans can visit www.wolfyourworld.com to enter the sweepstakes, take part in weekly contests and follow Wiley the Wolf and friends on their adventures.

“Our goal is to provide families with special memories and fun times together while visiting our Great Wolf Lodge resorts,” said Tim Black, chief operating officer, Great Wolf Resorts. “Wiley the Wolf and his friends are guest favorites and we look forward to bringing a part of the Great Wolf Lodge experience to excited families in their hometowns.”

Great Wolf Lodge is Looking for Moms (and Dads) To Howl About Vacation http://richmondmom.com/2012/10/04/great-wolf-lodge-is-looking-for-moms-and-dads-to-howl-about-vacation/ http://richmondmom.com/2012/10/04/great-wolf-lodge-is-looking-for-moms-and-dads-to-howl-about-vacation/#comments Thu, 04 Oct 2012 19:07:45 +0000 RhondaDay http://richmondmom.com/?p=33551 Applications are now being accepted for the Great Wolf Lodge Ask-A-Mom Panel

MADISON, WI (October 4, 2012) - Great Wolf Lodge, North America’s largest family of indoor water park resorts, today announced the 2013 Great Wolf Lodge Ask-A-Mom Panel call for entries. Members of the panel – both moms and dads – help guests plan their Great Wolf Lodge vacation by offering their own unique insight and personal experiences. New in 2013, members of the Ask-A-Mom Panel will take part in resort special events, write for the company blog, interact and engage through the resorts’ social channels and more.  Interested panelists can visit www.greatwolf.com/AAMsearch to learn more. Applications can be submitted starting at 12 p.m. CDT on Monday, October 8 until 12 p.m. CDT on November 2, 2012.

The Ask-A-Mom panel began in 2011, and has grown in popularity – and importance – in helping Great Wolf Lodge guests plan their vacations to the company’s 11 resorts. Ask-A-Mom panelists answer Great Wolf Lodge guest questions through the brand’s online trip planning forum, askamom.greatwolf.com. The “parent-to-parent” format allows guests, both repeat and new, to ask questions about amenities, activities, events and attractions at the resorts and receive answers from moms, just like them.

“Planning a vacation can be challenging and at Great Wolf Lodge we strive to relieve those challenges,” said Nikki Donofrio, Senior Vice President, Marketing, Great Wolf Resorts, “The Ask-A-Mom Panel is one of those important resources we offer our guests. We know moms talk to other moms when trip planning. Our Ask-A-Mom Panel is a great place to engage with moms who know and love our brand. They share their personal experiences and offer advice so that our guests can experience the very best Great Wolf Lodge resorts has to offer.”

How to Apply

Great Wolf Lodge resorts will accept applications for the 2013 Ask-A-Mom Panel from 12 p.m. CDT on October 8, 2012 through 12 p.m. CDT on November 2, 2012. Those interested should visitwww.greatwolf.com/AAMsearch to enter. The application process includes submitting a 300-500 word writing sample and a video submission, with a final round in the form of a brief phone interview. Great Wolf Lodge will officially announce the Ask-A-Mom panel in January 2013.
