Event Overview
The 8th Annual Touch a Truck is a unique and interactive event that allows children to see, touch, and safely explore their favorite big trucks and heavy machinery, as well as to meet the personnel who protect, serve, and build the Richmond community. Vehicles on display routinely include construction trucks, emergency responders, tractor trailers, utility trucks, and helicopters. The event also features area mascots, special performances, snack bars, face painting, inflatables, games, and crafts. There is fun for children and adults alike!

The April Wine Down will benefit
the Junior League of Richmond. The Junior League of Richmond is an organization of women committed to the mission of promoting volunteerism, developing the potential of women, and improving the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers.
Time: 6:30-8:30pm
Location: The Wine Loft in Short Pump
Who: Moms, Dads, Men, Women, Singles and Anyone Who Wants to Have Fun

The Junior League of Richmond’s 6th Annual Touch a Truck is an interactive event that allows children to see, touch, and explore their favorite big trucks and vehicles as well as to meet the personnel who protect, serve, and build the Richmond community. Make your way through a giant maze of construction trucks, emergency responders, fire trucks, police cars, tractor trailers, utility trucks, helicopters, and the Fun Bus — but don’t forget your hard hat (free with child’s admission)! The event takes place on October 1 so mark your calendars now.
