They are good eaters and I don't have to worry about them wanting sugar & fat, processed food with God only knows what chemicals. I cook real food for them and don't give them all this processed junk. Yes, it requires some planning, but once you get the ball rolling, it is easy to maintain. Reading the post about the quality of public education and the food they serve makes me worried about the future of our children. I agree with everything said in the posts. We, the parents, are in charge of what we feed and teach our children. Nothing wrong to getting back to basics.
