One word resolutions

My dear friend Nicole Unice wrote a blog post about one-word resolutions. Her blog is Christian-based, and regardless of your religious beliefs, I think this is a pretty powerful way to start off 2011: choosing one word and living by it all year. What’s your word?

Not a word like “mom” or “caregiver” or “parent” or even “partner”–just one word that describes all the you want to be in the new year. . .let’s go, girls!

amazing!! A good friend who is an executive coach has been proposing a similar practice for all her friends this year… essentially a word that you want to "live into" vs. a word that controls you… mine is "unfold"

organized. And by that, I think I mean in terms of balancing the housework, schoolwork, work-work, motherhood, spouse, etc…organized mentally, too!
