Local Female Business Owner wins big in Austin, TX

Vicki Daniel, Richmond's College Nannies & Tutors

Vicki Daniel, owner of local franchise College Nannies & Tutors, just got back from the annual national company conference held in Austin TX, and she brought back much more than just her luggage.

Last year, Vicki was a “Rock Star winner” and that’s the award she knew about prior to this trip. “I won last year and was determined to win that one again!” says Vicki.

What Vicki didn’t realize until she was called on stage is that she was the #10 top-revenue producer in the country out of about 70+ franchise locations. Says Vicki, “While #10 doesn’t sound great, it is because several locations at the top  are held by the Twin City franchises that opened 10 years ago.  We’ll celebrate our three-year anniversary on March 31, 2011.”

But that wasn’t all. .  .Vicki was called AGAIN!  “We earned second place for annual growth over 2009. I realized of course that our revenue grew by 92% but I didn’t know that they were rewarding for it.”

Lastly the Rock Star awards were presented. There were 11 winners – all franchises are eligible if they work super hard to hit the necessaryminimum requirements plus more.  The franchise’s own local webpage must be updated regularly, all business planning documents are done quarterly and submitted, and several other requirements. “We are growing by referrals now which are truly the best way of course,” Vicki beams.

Congratulations to this Richmond entrepreneurial leader who is providing valuable nanny and tutoring services to Richmond families and sweeping awards at the same time.
