New Year’s Eve is fun with the whole family—but, sometimes, just sometimes, it’s also a much-needed excuse to get away from the kids for some good old fashioned grown-up time. Unfortunately, however, New Year’s Eve plans always seem to come as an after thought once the Christmas chaos dies down. It’s kind of like running a marathon – only to find out that you still have a 10k to get through.
So this year, we’re going to help you plan early. We’ve searched the Richmond area for New Year’s Eve gatherings that are perfect for a night away from the little ones. From masquerade balls to live music to romantic dinners out, you’re sure to find something that will help you get your 2017 started off right. After all, you might not be able to party like you used to, but you can always try!
