Memorial Day Events Guide 2018

Memorial Day Events 2018 Memorial Day is a special day across the nation. It’s a day when we stop to reflect on the many sacrifices that generations of brave men and women have made as members of the United States Military. Some have served bravely and returned to their families. Others gave the ultimate sacrifice to defend the many freedoms we enjoy today.

In Richmond, there are many ways to celebrate Memorial Day – from fun-filled festivals to moving ceremonies that honor veterans from every branch of the military. However you choose to celebrate your Memorial Day, you’re sure to find an event here in Richmond that will not only offer entertainment for the whole family but will allow you to reflect on the importance of this special day.

And as always, if there’s an event that we might have overlooked, be sure to let us know! Send us an email with event details to cs@richmondmom.com and we’ll do our best to get it on the list.

In the meantime, to all the military personnel, both active and retired, we here at Richmond Mom offer our eternal gratitude for your service!
