Franklin Street in Richmond’s Fan District. Truly “Secret Gardens,” most of these gardens are behind gates and walls throughout the year.

It’s free and open to the public. Festivities for kids and families will start at 12 p.m. noon, and will include a colorful flag parade, live music, face painting and more.
