Put on your tennis shoes and join us for a fun cardio class that will get your heart rate pumping and improve your health! Classes are led by fitness instructor, Cheryl Easter.
Cardio Flow takes place every Tuesdays at the Main Library @ 5:30PM – 6:30PM.
