Join RVA Laugh Club every Friday (and every third Sunday) and give yourself and your entire family the gift of laughter, connection, and community with Laughter Yoga.
Created by cardiologist Dr. Madan Kataria in 1995 and based on the belief that voluntary laughter provides the same physiological and psychological benefits as spontaneous laughter, you’ll be guided into prolonged voluntary laughter by Certified Laughter Yoga Leader, Slash Coleman.
Regular Laughter Yoga sessions have been proven to boost your immune system, improve sleep, and according to some experts, a minute of laughter is equal to 10 minutes on the rowing machine. All ages and abilities welcome.
