Junior Half Day Golf Summer Camp

Just the right amount of time to introduce the golf camp experience to your youngster. Campers are exposed to the FUNdamentals of golf including putting, chipping and full swing technique through fun and engaging games, drills and activities. In addition, campers have the opportunity to test their new skills on the course! Half Day Campers receive a shirt, hat, prizes, favors & snacks daily. Special pricing available for campers attending multiple weeks or multiple child camper families.

Join us for a week of life on a working sheep and goat farm! Campers will experience a different facet of animal husbandry each day. Life in the 1600s in Virginia was challenging: who did the colonists meet, how did their government change, what was the new settlement like and how did they survive? We are excited to offer Homeschool classes beginning this September at both are Midlothian and Short Pump locations. The class will be held from 1:00 pm to 2:00 pm and the cost is $10 plus tax per child. Our first class will be making a pinch pot, decorating, and painting it from wet clay! Reservations are suggested but walk-ins are welcome.

VisArts’ Second Fridays are just like the First Friday Art Samplers that you know and love, but on the second Friday of each month. Now you don’t have to miss your favorite gallery openings! First-come, first-served signs-ups for Second Fridays start at 5 p.m. in VisArts’ lobby. Watch an artist demonstration between 5 and 6 p.m., then head to your class at 6 p.m. or come back for the second session, which starts at 7:30 p.m.
