Smart, experienced HR professional placed by Momentum in a 15 hour a week, very flexible, work from home HR consulting opportunity.

1. How would your kids describe you? Crazy. Loving. And definitely Fun.
2. What was your first job? I worked for a farmer in South Jersey picking corn, packing peppers and hoeing tomatoes.
3. What is the secret to your success? Keep a sense of humor. Stay positive and work hard, the success will come.
4. Balance to me is…enough time with my family but also ample time to myself.
5. What have you learned from your kids this week? That you can’t force them to do something if they don’t want to do it. Like participate on the swim team. If you want them to swim, just sign them up for lessons. Sheesh.
6. Can you share one organizational tip? Lists, lists, lists.
7. How has being a parent made you a better employee? More empathetic toward people.
8. What is your favorite memory from your childhood? Going to Stairstep House with my grandparents and crabbing off the dock. Annie now has that memory with my parents.
9. What is your favorite thing to do with your girlfriends? Hang out and chat with a glass or two of wine.
10. What is your dream job? A flexible, challenging job where I can make money but not feel pressured to work all the time. Oh! I have that job now! smile
11. If you won the lottery, what would you do with the money? Start a college fund for kids who need it. And then buy my daughter that Barbie Townhouse Apartment thing she really wants…
12. What is your greatest strength? My common sense.
13. What do wish you could do better? Serve a tennis ball like The Williams Sisters.
