Next Level Fitness Launches, Special offer for Richmond Moms
Barbara Bandeira recently launched Next Level Fitness, LLC. Prior to starting her fitness program she worked for 10 years as the Senior Fitness Instructor at a Richmond based outdoor fitness program. Instructing and motivating others is what she loves and does best so she decided to venture out and take her career to the “next level.”
“I have been involved in sports and fitness from an early age and trained and raced in numerous competitions including: equestrian dressage, judo, rowing, tennis, running, off-road triathlons, adventure racing and mountain biking. My chosen career as a fitness trainer was a natural path due to my passion for health and fitness, which led me to establish Next Level Fitness, LLC. in April 2010.“
How does she stand out? Barbara’s workouts are built around core strengthening which is the first step to take your fitness to the level you desire. She also offers nutritional information to guide you in the direction of a healthier life style. Workouts are held in a group environment, and her approach to fitness is to provide each individual with the personal attention they deserve in order to meet his/her specific needs and goals. Focus is on correct posture and form of exercises to minimize injury and maximize benefits.

6 pm: Byrd Park, Forest Hill, Belle Isle, and Bryan Park
