Whether you had a baby 6 months or 16 years ago, the MOTHER RUNNER program is for YOU! It is specifically designed around the physiological needs of mothers and runners. We put together running schedules that build your strength and endurance safely and efficiently.
Each MOTHER RUNNER program is lead by Rachel Pustilnik, a Certified Coach through Road Runners Club of America. In addition to this certification, Rachel is an AFAA Certified Personal Trainer and has taken over 100 hours of training in pre- and post-natal fitness. In addition to owning and teaching Stroller Strides classes, she has been training Richmond moms for local races for over 5 years. Rachel personally designs all training programs based on runners’ experience, goals, and physiological needs. Personal attention in a group setting is her specialty.
Included in each program are:
-A training schedule designed by Rachel Pustilnik, an RRCA Certified Running Coach and AFAA Certified Personal Trainer.
-Weekly group runs in stroller-friendly neighborhoods led by certified fitness professionals.
-Weekly tips on how to train properly and safely.
-Socials and fun outings each month.
-A t-shirt to wear on race day.
-As always, personalized access to your running coach!
