Nitya Living Summer Camp for Kids and Teens is an opportunity to live yoga through daily meditation, journaling, self inquiry, yoga classes, outdoor adventuring, group activities, swimming, crafts, and more…so much more. We also serve a vegetarian allergy friendly, locally sourced lunch and snack. (Sorry, no severe peanut allergies.)
Camp runs from 9am – 4pm, Monday through Friday, with extended hours of 8:15 am – 5:30 pm at no extra charge.

Week One: JULY 8 – 12 The Origins of Yoga
Learn about Indian culture, mythology, and where yoga comes from.
Week Two: JULY 15 – 19 Karma Yoga
We will be doing lots of community services; raising money for an orphanage in Cambodia, looming hats for the Children’s Hospital, feeding the homeless, cleaning up our streets, and more.
Week Three: JULY 22 – 26 The Science of Yoga
Explore the concepts of yoga through sound vibration with really cool science experiments and activities.
Week Four: JULY 29 – AUG 2 (or 4) Living Healthy
Learn yoga anatomy, cooking and eating healthy food, and more. This week there is an added option of a Family Yoga Retreat in Yogaville Thurs. Aug 1 – Sun. 4th.
