Richmond Earth Day 5K Race Without a Trace

You don’t need to run a marathon to see all the beauty that our city holds. The Earth Day 5K Race Without a Trace has a new course map, and it shows off the best the city has to offer. This casual run starts in the beautiful Chimborazo Park, goes through parts of Church Hill into Libby Hill Park, and down the hill to the banks of the James River where you’ll walk/run out and back to the finish line on the Virginia Capital Trail and the Canal Walk. When you cross the finish line, you’ll join the party already in progress! That’s right, this race is held in conjunction with Enrichmond’s Earth Day Festival. The race will start at 11 AM as the festival is kicking off, and when you cross that finish line, you’ll be steps away from live music, vendors, food and drink, demos and plenty of educational information and activities.
