Due to the inclement weather, today’s scheduled Mommy and Me event at Willow Lawn has been postponed to next Wednesday, January 21st.

 

It might be cold out side but you can warm up with a free morning out at Mommy & Me and Daddy Too at Willow Lawn on Wednesday, January 14, 2015 from 10:00 am to 11:30 am.

Mommy & Me is inside the Children’s Theatre of VA (formerly Barksdale Theatre) located a few doors down from Old Navy.  This is a FREE morning out with live entertainment and activities designed to enhance parent’s interaction with their children.

This month the dudes are back…

The Diggity Dudes play hip music for hip kids and their equally hip parents.  A typical set covers everything from pet rocks to disco moves to science experiments to presidential physical fitness, all delivered via ultra-catchy melodies over funky and danceable grooves.  Interactive skits, audience participation and a lighthearted comedic twist are what make a Diggity Dudes show more than a show – it’s truly an experience. 

My son actually has a Diggity Dudes CD (yes, they still make CDs)

Steven has performed over 5,200 concerts to date, recorded 30 full-length albums, received a 2011 Parents Choice Award for the Million Smiles To Go album, collected 7 Children’s Music Web Awards and the Arpeggio Award for “Outstanding Work with Children” through the Arts, as well as produce four concert-length performance videos and an award winning Children’s TV series.
