More than 40 summer camps from the Richmond area and beyond are gearing up to provide area families with all the information they need to plan their kids’ activities this summer.
The Diggity Dudes will kick off the day with a live concert at 1:00 and the kids can get a free climb on the rock walls inside Peak Experiences!
The event is free and will be held rain or shine. Come hungry because lunch will be available for purchase from local food trucks The Boardwalk, Peace of Pizza and Gelati Celesti.
So make sure to mark your calendars for Sunday, March 29th from 1-4 at Peak Experiences Indoor Climbing, located near Robious Road and Huguenot Road, behind The Shoppes at Bellgrade, at 11421 Polo Circle in Midlothian.

March 22 the HillTopper 5K race will begin at 8:00 am. The festival closes at 6:00 pm
In addition to great entertainment, there will be plenty of family fun, including children’s games, a large children’s play area, face painting and Irish-themed crafts. Over thirty Irish vendors will be in attendance. Food and refreshments will also be available. Enjoy wonderful “Irish Lasagna” prepared by the Ladies of St. Patrick’s, “Fish and Chips” and other favorites provided by Rare Olde Times Irish Pub, and many more.
A $5.00 donation will be collected at the gate, proceeds benefit neighborhood causes as well as St. Baldrick’s Society and the historic preservation of St. Patrick’s Church.

The holidays are here and Nutzy’s Rotary Funn Run will get your entire family in the spirit! Nutzy’s Rotary Funn Run, presented by the Children’s Hospital of Richmond at VCU, is a 5K race taking place on December 6th, benefitting local children’s charities: UMFS and the Children’s Museum of Richmond Book Bank.
You can run, walk or even bring your little one along in a stroller for this 5K trek along the Christmas Parade route! You will take off from The Diamond at 8:00 a.m. and return to Nutzy’s pad to relax and refuel with delish vittles from Coriander restaurant at the Finish Line Party, presented by First Capital Bank and VAMAC. At the Finish Line Party, awesome prizes will be awarded to those Funn Runners with the most holiday spirit!

]]>Little fans ages 4-14 will get instruction from the talented and FUNN Flying Squirrels players and coaches for an extra special experience.
Campers receive four tickets to a Flying Squirrels Game, special camp gift, lunch and autograph session. Participants will also have the opportunity to participate in an on-field pre-game parade around the warning track on their last day of camp.
