Animated light shows take place at the top and bottom of each hour, beginning at 5 p.m. at the Community Tree.
Children can enjoy balloon creations, pumpkin painting, crafts, and a special performance by Richmond Ballet’s Minds in Motion Team XXL. Four-legged children can enjoy dog trick or treating at participating merchants and the annual dog costume contest.
