Few women have the gusto and dedication of Heather Millar, April 2011’s Rockstar. Why? Heather is the Executive Director of the Tad DuPriest Foundation, for which she tirelessly helps to organize fundraisers in honor of Tad DuPriest, a Richmonder who lost his life too soon. In his name, TDP hosts community events to raise funds for a fabulous cause, and all the funds raised by TDP go directly to ASK of Richmond, helping children with cancer and their families.
We recently hosted one of our Wine Down Wednesday events with Heather and the Tad duPriest team, and were blown away at their spirit, fire, and downright hard work to raise funds in Tad’s name.
We love Heather’s dedication and know that she’s touching lives of children everywhere. Go on, girl!
