Richmond rocks and it’s time to get ready to rock out at a “Totally 80s!” musical event!
June 11-12, 2011 is a celebration of music that rocked and defined the MTV Generation and it’s all right here in Richmond, VA.
The Richmond Men’s Chorus, a premier male vocal ensemble, will present “Totally 80s!” at the Cultural Arts Center at Glen Allen.
“Like most eras, music from the 1980s was one of the most defining and well-known aspects of the decade,” said Richmond Men’s Chorus founder and artistic director Tim Gillham. “Audiences today are rediscovering that music, and we are excited to bring you a number of our favorites. We hope you will, like, totally enjoy it .. fer sure.”
Mark your calendar now for Saturday, June 11 at 8:00 p.m. and Sunday, June 12 for 4:00 p.m. There is plenty of parking at the Cultural Arts Center located at 2880 Mountain Road, Glen Allen, VA. Tickets can be purchased on the website or at the door.
