June 2011 Rockstar: Susan Frank

June 2011′s Richmondmom.com Rockstar is Susan Frank.

Susan is the quintessential multi-tasker. She is Chief Executive Officer of UDig, a Mid-Atlantic technology staffing company based in Richmond. Aside from running the company with her husband, Andy, she manages to keep up with the schedules of her three children. Susan easily moves from running a company to cheering for her son, Drew, at his baseball games or cheering for her daughters, Mary Cooper and Caroline, at their swim meets. She still finds time to give back to the community through her membership in the Westhampton Junior Woman’s Club and through sponsorships at UDig (including Full Circle Grief Center, River City GiveCamp, Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure, and more).

Despite her busy schedule, Susan remains a friend that can be called on during any time of need be it just to vent or to help with children. She does it all and makes it seem so easy.–submitted by Susan’s friend, Melissa Daub
