SCAN’s mission is to prevent and treat child abuse and neglect throughout the Greater Richmond area by protecting children, promoting positive parenting, strengthening families and creating a community that values and cares for its children.
Join the SCAN 5k Run/Walk and Kids Run in West Broad Village in Short Pump for the 5th annual event, featuring a children’s festival with lots of fun, games, activities, and music. It takes place during National Child Abuse Prevention Month and we want to involve as many families as possible in this year’s event.
