Waldo’s 25 years old this month and still sporting the stripes – (stocking) hats off to one of our favorite literary icons (yep), a guy who still draws us in, year after year, regardless of where he may be.

So, how will we celebrate Waldo’s milestone birthday? a seek-and-find, naturally. Here’s how it works. beginning Monday, July 15th look for wee Waldos in some of your favorite shops around town through the end of the month. Waldo will be hiding in 20 local businesses during the month of July!
Spot him?
- Record your sightings on the official form, which you can collect from bbgb books or any of the participating businesses.
- Notch 8 and bring your form to bbgb or Fountain Bookstore for a little reward.
- Score 16 and come toss your name in the hat to win the big ol’ 6-book deluxe set (in its cool stripy box).
- Then on August 1st, make sure you dress the part and head to bbgb for the drawing and cake at 5 o’clock p.m.
