Join HCA VA each week for heart-healthy screenings and events. Choose the date and location that work best for you, or attend them all. Participate in a health screening, talk to a doctor or nurse about your questions and concerns, dance all day, attend a seminar, and just have good healthy fun.  There’s something for everyone.

This event boasts a high-energy day of dancing, heart health screenings, opportunities to ask-a-doc and more. All activities are free, open to the public and many have offerings for all ages with discounted child care available in some locations.

Free health screenings include blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), cholesterol and blood sugar. In addition, guests will have the opportunity to talk with a doctor or nurse about their health concerns.
