Roger Reynolds, November 2010

Yes, we know we were supposed to feature Richmond moms here but this is one dad who just had to squeeze his way into a Richmond Rockstar spot. If you haven’t heard of Roger Reynolds, you’re missing out. He’s a one-of-a-kind champion for the memory of his daughter, Charlotte who passed away earlier this year from cancer, and he has not stopped raising funds for families with sick loved ones since. Charlotte’s foundation, CJ’s Thumbs Up is raising thousands for families suffering from an illness and Roger, his wife Rachel and their team of butterflies (Charlotte was a little butterfly) host events to provide them relief in the way of $500 gifts. To boot, Roger ran two marathons to aid in fundraising; $10,000 resulted. Read more about this Richmond rockstar Roger Reynolds here.
