Congratulations to Katherine Knight and Kindermusik!

Congratulations to one of Richmondmom.com’s great partners and successful Richmond businesses — Kindermusik — that recently won an award for their exceptional website and unique business! The award was presented by Intuit to Katherine Knight who owns Kindermusik and she provided the following information during her interview with Intuit.

Katherine started her business 8 years ago when her first daughter was born. As a former music teacher in the school system, she had lots of talents and experience, but wanted to also have more time with her daughter. So the creative entrepreneur combined her love for music and kids and created her new business and established a dynamic website with Intuit.

She currently teaches music lessons and offers lots of special classes for kids. Her future goal is to own her very own retail space with a dedicated music studio for children offering music and movement classes. She recognizes the value of combining music with activity for real learning experiences.

In the meantime, Katherine focuses on offering convenient and easily accessible classes for young children that encourages creativity, appreciation for music, activity, and lots of fun as they learn. Her unique approach to teaching music offers opportunities that helps young children thrive and grow, and it gives them an advantage as they enter their early school years.

Katherine’s recognition by Intuit is an honor and Richmondmom.com congratulates her on this outstanding accomplishment. Click here to visit her website and learn more about all she has to offer.
