FREE Movie on August 30 on Autism – Loving Lamposts: Living Autistic

Chesterfield Autism Group and The Autism Society will sponsor a night at the movies on August 30, 2011 at River Road United Methodist Church at 6:30 p.m.  Admission and refreshments are free!

The 2011 film LOVING LAMPPOSTS: LIVING AUTISTIC takes a look at two movements:

  1. the “recovery movement,” which views autism as a tragic epidemic brought on by environmental toxins, and
  2. the “neurodiversity movement,” which argues that autism should be accepted and autistic people supported.
