On Saturday, February 25 from 10 am to 2 pm, 25 locations from Powhatan to Petersburg and Mechanicsville to Midlothian will open their doors to serve as hosts for HCA Virginia’s FREE Day of Dance, helping our community to get healthy one dance step at a time.
This event is a high-energy day of dancing, heart health screenings, opportunities to ask-a-doc and more. Each facility has designed a personalized program of dance for the day. All are free, open to the public and many have offerings for all ages.
Free health screenings include blood pressure, body mass index (BMI), waist circumference and blood sugar. In addition, guests will have the opportunity to talk with a doctor and nurse about their health concerns.
