We’re Jumping Off the SunTrust Building for Special Olympics

This was me getting ready to jump . . .

If you’ve followed this blog for a while, you’ll know we’re suckers for a great cause, so for the third year in a row, I’ll be jumping–ok, rapelling–twenty-three stories from the SunTrust building downtown to raise funds for the Special Olympics.

Yup, we’ll rappel for charity anytime, baby!

It’s a special event aptly named Over the Edge.

I’d never even considered anything like this until the folks at the Special Olympics propositioned me with this fun event, and so glad I didn’t say no–it’s just a ton of fun.

Last year, the wind gusts were so strong that Nutzy and I had to hang out on the roof to wait for the wind to die down to get on with our jump!

We’d love your help raising funds for this effort, so if you’re able please donate here.

We’ll keep you posted on going Over the Edge!
