Band-Aid Mission? Let’s Do This, Richmond

When I received the Facebook invitation for the Band-Aid Drive for Miss Emily, not only did the Location “Your House”  jump out at me (Yes! I can do this one!) but also the cute photo of this adorable little girl whom I presume to be the adorable Miss Emily compelled me to tell ya’ll about this fine mission. Let’s shower this kid with band-aids.

Miss Emily. Who wouldn’t help THIS KID?!

Here are the details:

Emily’s Journey will be doing a band-aid drive for both VCU Medical Center and Helen DeVos Childrens Hospital! Both hospitals’ band-aids in the clinic are given from donations, and they go thru lots of them!

If you would like to participate, you can mail your band-aid donations to:

Hubbel Family
PO Box 5383
Midlothian, VA 23112

Deadline: December 3, 2012 so that they may be presented to VCU and to Helen DeVos.

Requirements:
–any brand is fine
–latex free (due to allergies)
–regular sizes needed to cover when children have shots or ports accessed

We found some cute ones on Amazon, what a great way to support Emily’s effort!
