Fit4Moms is offering a Mini Body Back session in August for 4 weeks. They will resume the traditional 8 week sessions in the fall.  You can register online and get more information regarding times and locations at www.richmond.fit4mom.com.

Lewis Ginter – Families use clever clues and mapping skills to find their way to a hidden treasure in the Garden.  Along the way, children and their adults are encouraged to record the names of plants they encounter.  Once the quest is completed, children return to the admission desk at the Robins Visitor Center to receive a collectable button.   Six editions printed per year;  Free with Garden Admission.

Arthur Ashe Birthday Celebration at the Science Museum of Virginia. Arthur Ashe Learning Center Inspirational Tour Arthur Ashe Birthday Celebration. Thursday, July 11-Wednesday, July 24, normal Museum hours Celebrate the 70th birthday of the late Arthur Ashe and discover the life and legacy of this Richmond native. Civil War Living History Day Highlighting the Bermuda Hundred Campaign. Henricus Historical Park will present a Civil War Living History Day highlighting the Bermuda Hundred Campaign on July 27. Period-dressed historical interpreters will portray soldiers, sailors and civilians around Dutch Gap from July 1864-January 1865 while opposing armies and navies of the Civil War competed for the Confederate capital of Richmond.
