It’s that time of year – the mad rush to grab all of the sales you can. Be sure and take advantage of some fantastic shopping at small local businesses! Carytown is the perfect place and this weekend makes it even better.

It’s time to prepare for your assault on the final shopping blitz of the year this weekend, give your loved-ones a treat and take them to Carytown.  Santa will be visiting Carytown on Saturday, December 21, 2013 from 12noon-2:30 at W. Hirsch Oriental  Rug (across from Can Can).  Also, from 12-5, there are free horse-drawn carriage rides throughout Carytown.  And, the carriage rides will be back on Sunday, December 22 too from 12noon-5pm.  Lot’s of fun!

And did we mention a visit to Hip to be Round might be just what the doctor ordered?

There’s something new this year too.  You may be spotted by the elves and offered “random acts of kindness”…it could be gift certificates, coupons and even cash, just for shopping in Carytown. Nope – we’re not kidding!
