Armenian Food Festival

Hero 5k, Kids Fun Run and Festival

After the 5k and fun run bring the whole family to celebrate community heroes! Festival features firetrucks, moon bounces, food, prizes and more!

RVA Peace Festival
September 12, 2015

The mission of the RVA Peace Festival is to bring together youth and adults to celebrate diversity and to build community and understanding in the Richmond area. This multicultural, interfaith celebration features entertainment, arts and crafts, food, exhibits, and activities for children

43rd Street Festival of the Arts

Forest Hill Ave and 43rd Street
The Festival will feature 75 fine artisans selling their wares from 10 am-5 pm.  This juried show features pottery, painting, jewelry, glass, wood, and mixed media.

Central Virginia Food Truck Rodeo
September 13, 2015

Get ready for another Food Truck Rodeo! Over 35 food trucks plus arts and craft vendors come together for an amazing smorgasbord on wheels.

Field Day of the Past

Historic displays, buildings, demonstrations and re-enactments, Tractor and Truck Pulls, “Living History” exhibits for antique machinery including a sawmill, broom handle making machine and others, Arts and Crafts Vendors and a Flea Market, Antique and Modern Construction Equipment, Heritage Craft Area, Carnival Rides, Animal Exhibits and Equestrian Events, And Much Much More!

St. Benedict Octoberfest

Over 60 beers on tap, wine, excellent German food,  Chriskindlmarkt, music, expanded kids area….lots of fun for all ages!

Virginia State Fair

Thrilling rides, fair…fare, music, gigantic produce, cow milking, pig petting, cool shows, and all sorts of great stuff. The Virginia State Fair is the ultimate in festival/fair experience.

ChesterFest
September 26, 2015
Chester Village Green
Over the years, ChesterFest has introduced Chester to some diverse regional talent along with some of Chester’s hometown favorites. This is a family event, so bring the kids. They can burn some energy at the KidsZone while you have lunch and see what the vendors have to offer. After grabbing a bite from one of the tasty food vendors be sure to save room for pie!

Fall into Fun Festival

There will be apple picking, the pumpkin patch will be open, have games, prizes, and food! Free to enter but some activities will have a fee.

Annual Chickahominy Fall Festival & Pow Wow

Celebrate the Native American culture! American Indian Arts & Crafts, Jewelry, Paintings, Clothing and more.

Diggity Fest
September 27, 2015
DiggityFEST is a free, family event featuring three of Richmond’s best family-friendly bands: Susan Greenbaum Band, Silly Bus and the Diggity Dudes for their final performance. What makes it even more special is all proceeds raised will benefit the families in Central Virginia who look to Connor’s Heroes to help their son or daughter who has cancer.
