Good news, bacon lovers! The Richmond Bacon Festival is back or the it’s fourth run at the 17th Street Farmers’ Market and it’s expected to be the biggest one to date! In the past several years, RVA has been making waves with it’s incredible food festivals and this is no exception.
Most of you would agree that everything is better with bacon, including Richmond! For the past 3 years, record-breaking crowds have come out to the 17th Street Farmers’ Market to taste, sample, sell, smell and flat out enjoy all things bacon. Local Richmond restaurants and food trucks bring their creative minds to this event, offering everything from bacon-infused sliders, ribs, clam cakes and mac- n-cheese to chocolate bacon ice cream, maple bacon lattes and more. The festival layout has been expanded with more event space, more food vendors, more beverage stations, just more, more and more of a great thing. This year, the Richmond Bacon Festival is fully prepared for a mass influx of bacon-lovers.
