When families think of summer, some of things that come to mind are pools, barbecues, beaches, and lazy summer afternoons. The day time is filled with fun activities and events for the whole family. Night time can be just as fun. When the sun sets and the temperature becomes nice and cool, grab some chairs or blankets and take your family to a Richmond Park. Richmond Parks and Recreation is offering their annual Movies in the Park! Your family can enjoy one of the many family-friendly movies outdoors this summer! Every Friday night this summer, a city park will host a movie under the stars. Did we mention that it is FREE?
All movies are free and refreshments will be available for sale. Activities will begin at 8 pm and the movies will begin at 8:30 pm (or when it gets dark).
