Connecting you with the resources you need for your birth and early parenting journey.
Nurture is hosting its third annual Nurture RVA Birth and Baby Fair on April 21, 2018, at Science Museum of Virginia.
The Nurture RVA Birth and Baby Fair connects prospective, expecting and new families with area businesses, care providers, and nonprofit organizations that serve them during this exciting and challenging time in their lives.
“The fair provides an opportunity to ‘speed date’ care providers, learn about local resources, and meet other expecting and new families in a relaxed and festival-like environment,” says Leslie Lytle, Executive Director of Nurture.
This year’s event will include:
- 50 vendors
- 1000+ attendees, in addition to museum visitors
- Unique local products and vendors
- Free gift bags and giveaways
- Fabulous demos for pregnant and postpartum families
A full list of Sponsors, Exhibitors, and Contributors, as well as a continuously updated schedule, can be found here.
The fair will be held at the Science Museum of Virginia, located at 2500 W. Broad Street, from 10 am until 4 pm. Admission and parking for fair attendees is free, but regular charges will apply for museum exhibits.
“I loved meeting the wide variety of participants and learning about so many companies and resources that I had no idea about here in RVA! I really wasn’t plugged into that back on the west coast during my first pregnancy and I felt like I was being welcomed into such a warm and informative community through the Nurture event!”
