Art Factory and Party Place Spring Break Workshops

Spend Spring Break at the Art Factory! They will be offering week filled with crafts and canvas painting perfect for kids 6-14 years old.

At the Visual Arts Center of Richmond, kids make real art with the help of some of Richmond’s most prominent professional artists. Spring Break ArtVenture is a one-week art camp timed to coincide with the spring break holiday in area public schools. Options include:

Camp Friendship Spring Break Camps

April 1-5, 2019
Camp Friendship Spring Break Camps are the perfect way to give overnight camp a try. With both traditional and equestrian camps available, campers will get to explore and create new interests or practice activities they know and love. Campers from both programs come together for meals and evening activities.

Equestrian campers ride twice a day and get to experience Hunter/Jumper ring lessons, trail rides and other camp related activities with a horsey twist.

Traditional campers can hone their orienteering skills, try their hand at archery or mountain boarding and canoe their hearts out!

Both Traditional and Equestrian Spring Break campers are housed in Hutmaster’s Lodge located in the Equestrian Village. The lodge is equipped with heat, bunk beds and en-suite bathrooms. Campers are separated by gender on opposite sides of the lodge and live with counselors.

Camp T. Brady Saunders Boy Scouts’ Spring Break Camp

April 1-5, 2019
Spring Break Camp is a great way to get out of the house and enjoy a week of camp in the Spring. Many different merit badges are offered, including many eagle required badges. Spring Break Camp operates on a block system, allowing Scouts to have a relaxed atmosphere while earning merit badges. There will be a Polar Bear plunge in Lake Dillon on Friday morning. Engineering for Kids of Central Virginia Spring Break Camps

April 1-5, 2019
This year’s Spring Break Camp theme is Minecraft: Traveling Into the Future. Campers will enter an apocalyptic future, one where the Earth has been ravaged by a series of natural disasters. Each day, students will rely on the engineering design process to solve a series of challenges such as building a city on a series of islands, escaping from a bunker on Mt. Everest, and even building a rocket to land on the moon! Henrico County Recreation and Parks Spring Break Day Camps

April 1-5, 2019
Henrico County offers a variety of single day camps for children between the ages of 6 and 12. Locations and themes vary. To view the full online program guide, click here.

Cooking Camp
Ages 6-8. Create your own kitchen style, right down to your own
personalized apron and chef hat! We will be creating easy-to-make
recipes and even our own lunch! In the midst of all the fun, you will
also be generating an original cookbook, with your favorite recipes.

Martial Arts of West End

Get an idea what our Summer Camp program is like and spend Spring Break with us at Martial Arts of West End! This week gives campers a taste of our adventure camp with themes that change every day, including Hawaiian Day, Medieval Adventures, Circus Day, Under the  Sea, and Nature Day!  You can be sure your child will have a great experience in a positive safe environment that has been serving Henrico County for 22 years.  Our camp is focused on good constructive fun, coupled with awesome exercise.

Spring Break Camp is $169, but is free for those who already participate in our After-School Program. Camp costs include all field trips and activities – you’ll only need to pack a lunch and two snacks! Camps run from 9 a.m.- 5:30 p.m. but we provide extended care from 7:15 am and ending at 6:00 p.m. at no additional cost.

Pine Crest Farm Horse Back Riding Spring Break Camps

This all skills camp focuses on improving fundamental skills and knowledge of all aspects of both individual and team baseball competition.
