There’s been a lot of talk over the last couple of weeks about the latest and arguably, greatest new streaming service. Chance are, you already know I’m talking about Disney +. This new movie and TV series platform brings the magical world of Disney, including Pixar, Marvel, Star Wars, and National Geographic, into a single space, allowing you to not only watch every Disney movie ever made, but to also introduce your kids to every Disney Channel show you knew and loved. I mean, who doesn’t want to binge watch “Wizards of Waverly Place” in their pajamas this weekend? Our kids don’t even understand the amazing things that await them.
Needless to say, we’re excited. So, it’s only fitting that, today, we offer an homage to the wonderful world of Disney via none other than our favorite Frozen princess Anna, a.k.a., Kristen Bell. Recently, Bell teamed up with Jimmy Fallon from The Tonight Show to create a Disney movie theme song mash-up that is nothing short of amazing. Naturally, we are sharing this today, because we can only assume that you’re a parent- which means that there’s a 98% chance you were either in bed or asleep on the couch by the time this segment aired live.
In the following clip, you’ll get to hear a quick history of Disney songs as Bell and Fallon take you through the annals of time, singing 17 different Disney movie classics. So sit back, relax, pause Disney + for five minutes, and enjoy a musical journey that is pure magic.
In the meantime, if anyone needs me, I’ll be watching The Little Mermaid and singing along, loudly, to every song. Sorry, kids. This is how it’s going to be from now on.
