1995 State Department Buyer Beware Cable

Since the first seizures of American assets during the early days of the Castro regime, the United States Department of State has steadfastly supported the right of U. S. property owners. In recent years, the Department has issued several "Buyer Beware" cables that were sent to all United States diplomatic posts, the most recent cable was issued in February of 1995.
