Mike Reger brings 10 years of hands-on field experience to his role as Project Manager and Estimator for J&L.  In his role as project manager, Mike provides overall leadership to the project team.  He is the driving force to ensure the project is being delivered on schedule, within budget, with acceptable quality and free of safety incidents.  Mike is known for his ability to foster and maintain strong client satisfaction throughout the project. 

Some of Mike's high profile projects include I-35W bridge and Highway 212 expansion project in which J&L was responsible for the installation of reinforcing steel on 27 bridges.  Mike earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management from Augsburg College.  He is a member of the Local 512 Ironworkers Union. 

Mike lives in Rogers with his wife Kelly, son Breven and daughter Nala.   He enjoys martial arts, gardening, golfing, and cooking.
