Henrico Doctors’ and Johnston-Willis Hospitals are hosting “A Girls’ Day Out: Getting Health Smart, Sassy and Confident.” This no-cost event will feature screenings, vendors, walk-in mammograms (with co-pay), refreshments and a panel of women’s health experts who will answer questions on a variety of topics. It’s a great chance for Richmond moms to get a healthy check-up and have fun at the same time.
It’s Saturday, May 19 from 8:30 to 11:30 am.

Fight Childhood Obesity with Faces of Hope 5K
Raise awareness in the fight against childhood obesity in children ages 3-19 with the second annual Faces of Hope 5K walk to wellness.
