Is Anybody Out There?”

The Science Museum of Virginia is investigating and they need your child’s help.

The popular LiveSky planterium presentation is scheduled for 6:00 p.m. and 8:00 p.m. on Friday, July 15, 2011. The entire Museum is open and you can see The Night Sky in StarLab and the planetarium show Destination Universe.

Take a tour of the solar system at Science on a Sphere and don’t miss Great Balls of Fire scavenger hunt.

Friday night is also a time when members of the Richmond Astronomical Society gather on the front lawn of the Museum to gaze through telescopes and see what’s really out there (weather permitting).

SkyDay Night at the Science Museum of Virignia is Friday, July 15 from 5-10 p.m .and it’s the perfect place to cool off with the family. Tickets are $10 and free for members. Tickets just for the LiveSky are $5 and can be purchased at the Museum on the day of the event.
