Aine Norris: September 2012 Rockstar

Each year, for the last three years, we’ve been fortunate enough to participate in the Pink Tie Gala and the pre-event: The Pink Tie Gala Bachelor Auction.

Each year, a TON of work goes into getting this event together–not to mention herding a bunch of hunky bachelors, so we had to give a shout-out to Aine Murphy Norris, who this year headed up the recruitment efforts.

Now, you may think this job is all-glamour, and having met many of these hunky bachelors I can tell you they are wonderful guys, but a lot of detail goes into getting them prepared for this event.

Along with Susan Groves and team this year a newcomer joined the efforts, Aine Norris Murphy, and we though it essential to say “thank you” for volunteering so many hours to get the bachelors ready to, um, be sold for a good cause.

No, Aine’s not a mom but she sure is a friend of many for having given selfless, countless hours to this event which resulted in over $6,000 raised. Big Kudos to Aine and the entire Pink Tie Gala team as they head toward the big event on October 20, 2012.

Aine, enjoy your one-hour Massage Envy Spa massage (it’s on the way to you!) and the thought that you raised thousands of dollars for Susan G. Komen and breast cancer research. We think you’re pretty awesome.
