Should They Stay or Should They Go?

My aunt is a breast cancer survivor. Her cancer was removed via a radical double mastectomy.

My grandmother had breast cancer. She did not survive.

Angelina Jolie, fully in love with her man and their children, believing an ounce of prevention worth a pound of cure, electively—and in my view, courageously—recently underwent a double mastectomy.

Few of us would admit to looking to celebrities for genuine inspiration. Maybe we all need to be a bit less dismissive.
